Um no... I hate number one and tired of people saying it. If someone's wrong they are wrong. In my business and industry, clients can get downright nasty. They will lie, curse you out, etc. No I'm not putting up with that. If they lie on me and my business, I will call them out on it. No, they aren't right, they are wrong. As a consumer, I certainly don't think this way. I take responsibility for my actions and words. Everyone should act like grown-ups. If I lose a client because of it? So be it. It'll be ten more to replace them. There's a reason for everything.
