We purchased a item from him that was suppose to be "BRAND NEW" we did not want to handle item twice so we asked him to ship direct to customer which happened to be a government agency, immediately upon receipt they noticed it was NOT NEW , no bubble wrapping, no label and scratch marks all over proving it was a take off. after being on net 30 terms and returning the unit Ryan went back 1 year later and found a credit card purchase and ran the credit card. We disputed the charge and won , we sent bank the pictures of the items the government agency took with scratch marks highly visible, and we got credited back the charge, HE GOT BUSTED AND THIS IS WHAT DID.
