Management is horrible and biased. I get paid a salary but they slave me like a dog. I just got the new AmEx card from the company but im thinking of quitting soon because the owner Ramona Hall is phony. She will laugh in my face an other peoples faces and talk about everyone behind their backs. They do things the cheapest way possible, whether its wages, payroll, using the food company Sysco, repairs and maitenance and etc. They steal tips, withold parts of checks and direct deposit when they feel like it. Even if you dont take a break, the HR lady Sarah Whiteman still take it out of employess paychecks. If youre looking to work with any black owned company this aint the one. They like to empower black people so they can work us to death for little of nothing for pay. Take your talents somewhere else and get paid good money for it.
